Meet Kristin, your Mama Bear Leader

When she was five, Kristin’s Nana said “I don’t know what she’s going to be when she grows up, but she will be the leader.” Cut to 2008, when she was working towards her first promotion to leadership, she ended up on a performance improvement plan instead, on the brink of losing her job. She realized that trying to lead by brute force, cutting others down, and simply being the top performer was not the path to being a successful leader.

So she began studying successful leaders around her and realized by leveraging her instincts and being a human-centered versus profit-centered leader, you can rise to the top and feel good about it.

This work evolved into her trademarked Mama Bear Leader ™ framework that is transforming leaders across everywhere from Fortune 500 companies to startups.
