Kristin Haluch Bio
Kristin Haluch is a business executive, leadership strategist, and creator of the Mama Bear Leader™ framework. Since 2008, she has worked with organizations from startups to Fortune 500s to build leadership teams and cultures grounded in both performance and trust.
Through her book, courses, coaching, and speaking, Kristin helps leaders apply the seven Mama Bear Leader principles to create more human, resilient, and high-performing workplaces.
In addition, she serves on the board of U.S. Hunger, a national nonprofit focused on addressing social drivers of health and acts as the COO of BDJtech, an education-technology company focused on creating collaborative and engaging learning environments.
